The TrainTech sports sole offers the perfect balance between support and comfort. It is made of double layers of EVA foam to provide both soft shock absorption and stable support. The nylon reinforced construction increases stability under the heel and arch. With an integrated forefoot support and deep heel cup, the sole is especially effective during intense activity. Choose from three arch levels for a personalized fit.

Design & materials
The sole is constructed from double-layer EVA foam that maximizes both shock absorption and stability. Nylon reinforcements provide extra support in critical areas. The deep heel cup and integrated pelotte feature ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
Size guide & fit
TrainTech is available in double sizes (e.g. 35–36) and can be cut for a precise fit. Choose from three arch heights: high (38mm), medium (33mm) and low (28mm). Remove existing insole before use.
Care guide
Clean the sole with a damp cloth and let air dry. Avoid machine washing to preserve the function and shape of the sole.
