Volley-ball

Volleyball involves jumping, rapid changes of direction and repeated hits that put strain on the knees, ankles and shoulders and can lead to problems such as knee pain, sprains and shoulder problems. The right protection and support can contribute to relief, stability and increased safety. Here you will find our recommended protection and support adapted for volleyball, selected by our licensed physiotherapist.

Volleyball protection and support are often used for overuse, pain and instability, but do not replace medical assessment for persistent or severe pain.

Protection & support for volleyball – stability, cushioning and security when jumping and landing

Here you will find support and protection that makes volleyball safer, more stable and gentler on the body's most stressed joints. Our products are developed to provide cushioning, stability and relief during jumps, landings and fast movements - both in training and matches.

Volleyball is an explosive sport that requires repeated jumps, rapid lateral movements and powerful smashes. The most common injuries are to the knees, ankles, shoulders and fingers. Knee pain around the kneecap and in the patellar tendon is common in players who jump a lot (jumper's knee), while ankle sprains often occur during blocks or landings in close combat. Hyperextension of the shoulder is also common due to repetitive serves and smashes.

At Rehaboteket you will find knee braces, ankle supports, shoulder pads and compression sleeves that provide support, relief and reduced strain. With the right protection you can prevent injuries, recover faster and perform more consistently throughout the season.
